By placing an order on Selena Leather Goods, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
All products sold on this website are handmade by Selena Leather Goods (Rybakova Selena).
2. Product Origin
* All products are handmade in Spain or Ukraine
* Each item is crafted individually, which may result in slight variations
* Prices are listed in Euros (€)
* Taxes and VAT are not included in the price
3. Orders & Pre-Orders
Stock Items:
* If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 5-7 business days
Pre-Orders:
* If an item is not in stock, a pre-order option is usually available
* Pre-orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks from the order date
* You will receive a confirmation email with the estimated shipping date
* Each piece is handmade to order
4. Payment
* We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
* Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party providers
* Your order will be confirmed once payment is received
5. Shipping Location
* Until January 31, 2026: All orders are shipped from Spain
* From April 2026: Orders will be shipped from Ukraine
* Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location
* You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped
6. Shipping & Delivery
* Shipping times vary by destination (typically 3-10 business days within EU)
* International shipping may take longer and be subject to customs fees
* We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services
* Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
7. Returns & Refunds
Custom-Made and Personalized Items:
* Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded
* This includes any items made specifically to your specifications
Standard Items:
* You have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in original condition
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
* Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return
* Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
* Personalized or custom-made products
* Items marked as final sale
* Damaged items (unless received damaged - see below)
8. Damaged or Defective Items
* If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours
* Provide photos of the damage
* We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion
9. Care Instructions
* Leather is a natural material and requires proper care
* Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, and direct sunlight
* Use leather conditioner periodically to maintain quality
* Detailed care instructions are included with each order
10. Intellectual Property
* All designs, images, and content on this website are owned by Selena Leather Goods (Rybakova Sieliena)
* Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited
11. Limitation of Liability
* We stand behind the quality of our handmade products
* If there's an issue with your order, we'll work with you to make it right
* Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
* We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the product itself
