Shipping Information
We ship all orders from Spain (until January 31, 2026) and later from Ukraine (from April 2026) using reliable postal services. Every package includes tracking so you can follow your order from dispatch until it arrives at your door.
Shipping Rates
Spain:
* €3 flat rate
* FREE shipping on orders over €100
Europe:
* €10 flat rate
* Reduced rate of €5 on orders over €250
Rest of the World:
* €10 flat rate
* Reduced rate of €5 on orders over €250
Delivery Times
Please note these are estimated timeframes from the date of shipment:
* Spain: 2-3 business days
* Europe: 5-10 business days
* America & other regions: 7-15 business days
Important: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
Processing Time
* Stock items: Ships within 5-7 business days
* Pre-order items: Ships within 2-3 weeks (each piece is handmade to order)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
* You may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes
* These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
* We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount
* Please check with your local customs office for more information
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Standard Items:
* You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return unused items
* Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged
* Original packaging must be intact
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Non-Returnable Items:
* Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned
* Items marked as final sale
* Items that show signs of wear or damage
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us at [your-email] within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
5. Keep your return tracking number until refund is processed
Refund Process
* Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
* Refund will be issued to the original payment method
* Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
* Provide photos of the damage or defect
* Include your order number
We will offer:
* A replacement item (if available)
* A full refund including return shipping costs
* Repair service (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item:
1. Return the original item following our return policy
2. Place a new order for the item you prefer
Lost or Stolen Packages
* We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
* If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local postal service first
* We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature
