2. Orders & Pre‑Orders

If an item is not in stock, a pre‑order option is usually available.

Stock items are shipped within one week.

Pre‑orders are shipped within 2–3 weeks, as each piece is handmade.
3. Shipping Location

Until January 31, 2026, all orders are shipped from Spain.

From April 2026, orders will be shipped from Ukraine.
4. Returns

Custom‑made and personalized items cannot be returned.
